The Peer Support Worker will leverage their personal experiences to empower clients in reaching their objectives. This role involves offering emotional and social support, assisting with life skills, and guiding clients in navigating healthcare and community services.
Collaboration with the Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) team is essential to ensure that clients' recovery aspirations are fulfilled while adhering to principles of self-determination and harm reduction.
Work hours are scheduled from Wednesday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.
