Salary Range: $61,500 - $95,750

Position Overview
As a member of the Plexxis development team, you will be tasked with the design, development, and implementation of innovative products and services aimed at modernizing the specialty contracting sector.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance existing applications for our clients' data while also pioneering advanced solutions that aim to transform the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate effectively with designers, programmers, and both internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and create optimal value across all Plexxis solutions.
  2. Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Plexxis ERP system.
  3. Design, develop, test, optimize, and implement applications within Oracle Forms/Reports, including user interfaces, integration with external applications and data sources, and report generation.
  4. Utilize available information and your systems knowledge to maintain, analyze, diagnose, and implement solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  5. Investigate, analyze, and document any reported issues.
  6. Provide training and support to internal customers.
  7. Troubleshoot challenges before, during, and after implementation.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  9. Assist in the creation and refinement of essential payroll and job costing reports.
  10. Work closely with internal clients and Plexxis developers to create and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
  1. Genuine interest in data and technology.
  2. Practical experience in customer service roles, with a passion for assisting others.
  3. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  4. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  5. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
