About the Role:

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee the construction phase of various municipal and industrial building initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards and contractual commitments
  • Interpret and analyze drawings for various project types
  • Generate reports, correspondence, and project updates
  • Monitor financial aspects and project budgets
  • Negotiate terms with contractors
  • Participate in meetings and maintain comprehensive records
  • Verify quantities for payments and liaise with field personnel
  • Facilitate the review of shop drawings
  • Confirm contractor qualifications and certifications
  • Assess environmental and traffic management plans
  • Ensure compliance with design regulations and codes
  • Conduct site inspections and report on progress

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in construction project management
  • A CET designation is required
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of construction practices
  • Detail-oriented with a positive mindset
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
