About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas
  • Merchandise product to the sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers
  • Perform other related duties as required, such as restocking shelves, processing returns, and handling customer complaints
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
