About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly stored and displayed.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business.
