About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at SANDHER TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR LTD. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy trucks and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
