Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage deckhands and other crew members
- Maintain and repair equipment and vessels
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with the Commanding Officer to achieve operational goals
- Valid Health Canada Medical for seagoing personnel
- Valid Canadian Passport (for identified positions)
- Experience as a Deckhand on a commercial fishing vessel
- Experience operating cranes, winches, and trawls
- Experience in shore-based Fleet/Shipboard Management positions
