Key Responsibilities
  1. Distribute resources, including personnel and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives
  2. Authorize and oversee the formation of significant departments and their senior leadership roles
  3. Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments
  4. Set strategic goals for the organization and develop or endorse policies and initiatives
  5. Act as the representative of the organization, or appoint delegates to represent the organization in negotiations or formal engagements
  6. Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; assign necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions
