About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Palagio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring the successful implementation of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Governance
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth.
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Establish clear objectives for the organization and develop strategies to achieve them.
    • Formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business growth.
    • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions for team members.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role is required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
