Job Title: Residence Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residence Cleaner to join our team at Spruce'd. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closets and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
