Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales organization in Canada, driving business growth, and developing a strong distribution partner network. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth in Canada
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the business
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Providing input to decisions on business segment and product strategies, portfolio priorities, and product adaptations
Background & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in business or a technical field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of management experience in sales, with a proven track record of business sales successes
  • Experience in managing a sizeable turnover and sizeable commercial team
  • Fluency in both written and oral English and French
  • Strong market knowledge and experience from sales in the drives industry or alternatively from the industry automation field
  • Ability to work and lead in a matrix organization
