At World Courier of Canada Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our Canadian operations. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the Canadian market and the ability to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth and revenue targets in Canada.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders in Canada.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement operational programs and practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present regular business reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in the pharma industry or logistics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
