About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Davis Martindale Holdings Inc. as a key member of our IT department. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Document technical requirements and ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
