Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Davis Martindale Holdings Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees and customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Document technical requirements and ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
