We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Davis Martindale Holdings Inc. in a permanent role. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
