Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Watermark Beach Resort. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Reporting and Maintenance: Report any malfunctions to the supervisor and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, team player, and energetic attitude.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
Working Conditions:

32 hours per week, permanent position, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
