Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Watermark Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, report any malfunctions to supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, standing for extended periods, up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, team player, energetic.
Work Conditions

Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 32 hours per week.
