Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Watermark Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide customer service, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, team player, and energetic.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train.
Work Environment

Watermark Beach Resort offers a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
