Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at River View Hotel.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and dependability.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
