Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at River View Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and establish work schedules.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light housekeeping duties.
