As an In-Store Sales Specialist with Premium Retail Services, you will represent Bell Canada, delivering outstanding service and support to customers at partner locations. Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the field manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Assist customers in selecting the ideal services and products, providing expert answers to their inquiries.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and proactively engage with customers throughout the store.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Support promotional initiatives and events to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Train and guide sales representatives while achieving your own sales targets.
  • Travel to various locations to enhance the performance of sales agents.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in retail, sales, or telecommunications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous (e.g., French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai).
  • Capability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel as necessary.
