Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Retail Specialist at our Burlington centre. As a Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting and selling Freedom Mobile products and services, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide product and service information to meet their needs.
- Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell Freedom Mobile products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Freedom Mobile products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of wireless products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales and Customer Service: Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
