As an In-Store Sales Specialist with Premium Retail Services, you will represent Bell Canada, delivering outstanding service and support to customers at partner retail locations. This position provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your sales expertise, enthusiasm for technology, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
What You Will Gain:
- Become the primary resource for Bell Canada's services and products in-store.

- Collaborate with the field manager to devise and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the field manager to create and execute sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal services and products, providing expert answers to their inquiries.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and proactively engage with customers throughout the store.
- Analyze sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Support promotional initiatives and events to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Train and guide sales representatives while achieving your own sales targets.
- Travel to various locations to bolster the performance of sales agents.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous (e.g., French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai).
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel as necessary.
