Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our mobile security team and ensuring that our security services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction, motivation, and ongoing training to the mobile team
  • Conduct probationary and yearly reviews
  • Ensure all standing post orders and scheduled daily activities are being performed/followed properly
  • Recognize exceptional performance and issue accolades
  • Participate in progressive disciplinary meetings
  • Assist in the investigation of security incidents
  • Respond to alarms and delegate additional tasks
  • Be available for emergency activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of supervisory security experience in Mobile or a combination relevant experience as a Supervisor and Mobile Driver
  • Valid BC Security License
  • BC Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with others effectively
  • High functionality in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all situations

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working Wednesday and Thursday. The rate of pay is $24.00/hour.

Education and Certification:

High School Diploma/GED and valid BC Security Licence and Class 5 BC Drivers License.
