Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality fire and life safety solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including union and non-union personnel, to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients as needed.
  • Monitor project profitability and take proactive measures to optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as fire safety or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fire and life safety industry, with a focus on sales, operations, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, security, and access control systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
