Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Revenue Optimization Manager to spearhead revenue-focused initiatives within our sales division.

This role entails the creation, execution, and oversight of strategic revenue programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, independent contributor with a proven history of successfully implementing enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of front-line managers and sales personnel, with a focus on sales methodologies and adherence to sales processes that foster more effective sales dialogues and improved customer outcomes.
  • Oversee the daily management of enablement programs, including program design, content curation, facilitation, and continuous improvement.
  • Administer and develop programs utilizing various modalities such as live training sessions, eLearning, and workshops.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments, program enhancements, and process improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all enablement initiatives, aligning with Kirkpatrick's model to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and overall impact.
  • Monitor quality control measures, including assessments and evaluations, to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and compliance with objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training roles.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, sales methodologies, and sales qualification processes; ability to distill complex information into straightforward learning experiences.
  • Proven skills in presentation, training, and coaching.
  • Solid business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of how sales influence organizational revenue models.
  • A well-defined approach to performance coaching.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in building consensus and driving organizational change.
  • Proficiency in developing instructor-led training materials, including presentations and activity guides.
  • Exceptional technical skills.
  • Disciplined, adaptable, and autonomous work habits; capable of addressing complex issues requiring in-depth analysis.
  • Ability to integrate technology into training programs to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Certifications or competencies related to adult learning theories are a plus.
