Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Shell Shop. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Direct and control daily sales operations, evaluate sales performance, and plan and organize sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and determine merchandise and services to be sold.
  • Staffing and Performance: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, implement price and credits policies, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
