Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, working 4 shifts bi-weekly. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing resident care in accordance with established nursing standards and principles
- Assessing and monitoring residents, developing and implementing care plans
- Supervising and evaluating the work of nursing and personal care staff
- Monitoring performance and conducting performance appraisals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- A passion for caring for seniors and a serving heart
- Registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario
- Previous experience in long-term care, with comprehensive knowledge of duties
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills
