Position Overview

Dynamic sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in residential property sales.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the sales center and effectively managing the sales journey from initial engagement to the final handover of properties to clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that exceptional service is delivered to maximize customer satisfaction.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Representing the business unit with professionalism in the sale of diverse products, including condominiums, townhomes, and single-family residences.
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients throughout the home purchasing experience, aiming to meet or surpass designated sales objectives.
  • Curating and developing specification files based on the current inventory available in the market.
  • Conducting thorough research and developing comprehensive product knowledge to streamline the sales process.
  • Innovating new marketing strategies to promote products and increase traffic while maintaining the integrity of the Qualico brand.
  • Contributing to the development of customer engagement initiatives, marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Ensuring that show homes are well-presented and conducting ongoing competitive analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A demonstrated history of success in sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in frontline sales management, preferably in the residential real estate sector.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint), Hubspot, ERP systems (NewStar), and remote access tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Residential Building industry is considered an asset.

Work Environment
