Position Summary

Dynamic sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in residential property sales.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, as the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the sales center and effectively managing the sales journey from initial contact to the final handover of properties to clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service is delivered to boost customer satisfaction.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Representing the business unit in the sale of various residential options, including apartments, townhouses, and bungalows.
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients throughout the home purchasing experience, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Creating and selecting specification files based on the current inventory available in the market.
  • Conducting research and developing comprehensive product knowledge to streamline the sales process.
  • Identifying innovative marketing strategies to promote products and increase foot traffic while maintaining the integrity of the Qualico brand.
  • Engaging in the development of customer outreach, marketing initiatives, and social media strategies.
  • Ensuring that show homes are well-presented and conducting regular competitive analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A demonstrated history of success in sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in frontline sales management, preferably in the residential real estate sector.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint), Hubspot, ERP systems (NewStar), and remote access tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in the Residential Building industry is advantageous.
