Office Operations Lead

ESET is seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our R&D office in Montreal.

This temporary role, expected to last 12-15 months, offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the smooth running of our dynamic research environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Finance and Accounting: Serve as a key point of contact for finance and accounting teams, manage monthly financial reporting, oversee payroll processing, handle accounts payable/receivable, and actively participate in annual budgeting exercises.
  • Human Resources: Manage employee benefits programs, coordinate employee absences, assist with onboarding new employees, and plan internal events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Facilities and Operations Management: Ensure the efficient maintenance and improvement of our office facilities, guarantee compliance with relevant laws and company policies, manage office security protocols, and procure necessary supplies and equipment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management role.
  • 1 year of general accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
