We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about customer satisfaction and dedicated to providing an exceptional retail experience. In this position, you will engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat, serving as their primary contact.

Schedule: Monday to Friday & Sunday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST)
As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers by addressing inquiries (in both French and English) and providing detailed information about Sleep Country products.
- Delivering outstanding customer service through virtual channels, ensuring a balance between efficiency and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Handling post-sale inquiries, following up on customer questions regarding orders or deliveries, and effectively resolving issues through proactive communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Maintaining open communication with the Customer Experience team to ensure timely resolution of key issues.
- Coordinating with our courier and warehouse partners daily to address customer concerns and facilitate smooth order deliveries.
- Managing relationships with various suppliers and vendors to enhance service delivery.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales, or a related field.
- Proficient in engaging with diverse customer personalities and understanding their needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of inquiries.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and analytical in approach.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
- Availability to work various shifts on a full-time basis, including evenings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
