Culinary Business Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 1072552 BC LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Spreadsheet Management: Skilled in managing and analyzing data using spreadsheets.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

- Mentorship and Coaching: Offers mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth.
- Veteran Support: Participates in government or community programs that support Veterans and offers mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Veterans.
- Cross-Cultural Training: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Skills Translation: Supports Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market.
- Indigenous Support: Offers mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and provides cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Visible Minority Support: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities and provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
