Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective powertrain validation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical system issues
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including CDA, CAN, CANalizer, and Canoe
  • Design and execute experiments to identify root causes of system failures
  • Communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalizer, and Canoe
  • Knowledge of reactive quality tools, such as Shanin Red X
  • Green belt and Black belt certification

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive and/or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CANalyzer/CANoe and other diagnostic tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Travel to the US for meetings and trainings (1-2 times per month)

Work Environment:

  • Windsor Assembly Plant - Onsite
  • Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays
