Powertrain Electrical Triage Specialist

Job Summary:
The Powertrain Electrical Triage Engineer will work collaboratively with various teams to identify and resolve complex issues affecting vehicles at all build levels. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:- Lead powertrain electrical root cause analysis and determination of issues during all pilot phases.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve electrical system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address electrical system problems.
- Utilize advanced tools and technologies to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical system issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to track progress and communicate findings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electrical systems and component development.
- Strong knowledge of powertrain electrical systems, including design, development, and testing.
- Proficiency in using advanced tools and technologies, such as CDA, CAN, CANalizer, and Canoe.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
