Job Title: Welding Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Engineering Supervisor to join our team at BWX Technologies. As a Welding Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of welding engineers and technical specialists, ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of welding engineers and technical specialists
  • Prepare and maintain shop documentation, including PQRs and WPS
  • Assess and resolve non-conforming conditions that affect the product
  • Support shop operations, including facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Design tooling as required to support shop activities
  • Estimate, purchase, and track welding consumables on a project basis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the Nuclear industry and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $107,000 - $156,000 per year
