Position Overview

As a Culinary Assistant at Noodles Express, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your contributions will ensure that our food service operations run smoothly and that our customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing equipment and manually wash dishes, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness.
  • Table Service: Set tables and bring clean dishes and flatware to serving areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store supplies in appropriate areas, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.
Work Environment

This position is located in an urban setting, and public transportation is readily available for commuting. The role requires physical stamina, as you will be standing for extended periods and handling weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Qualifications
  • No formal education is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
Work Schedule

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, primarily in English.
