Senior Director Financial Planning and Analysis

At Bank of Montreal, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Director Financial Planning Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis frameworks to inform business decisions
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on risk management and data analytics
- Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or economics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages, such as Python or R
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
