Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Home Support Worker to join our team at NARINDER KAUR MINHAS. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to support clients' dietary needs
  • Accompany clients on outings and errands, promoting socialization and community engagement
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
