Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with precision and quality in mind to meet customer expectations.
  2. Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring accurate quantities, product codes, and quality standards.
  3. Verify the quality of products picked, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards.
  4. Document and label orders correctly, interpreting and understanding documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and operating material handling equipment safely.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.
