Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Blackcomb Lodge Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Room Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role.
- Skills: Central reservation system (CRS), spreadsheet, internet, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Work Environment: Hospitality industry, hotel, motel, resort, rural area.
- Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 16 to 40 hours per week.
