Insurance Advisor - Online Auto

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Advisor to join our Online Auto team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their Auto insurance needs via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing your knowledge of ICBC regulations
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
Requirements:
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize your workload with little to no supervision
  • Insurance broker level 1 license
  • 1 year+ of industry experience, specifically with ICBC
