Printing Team Supervisor

As a Printing Supervisor at CJ Graphics Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the printing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our production team.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role
The work site is characterized by a noisy atmosphere typical of commercial printing operations.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage printing staff and projects
- Oversee training programs for apprentices
- Ensure efficient operation of printing equipment
- Review and approve job proofs and samples
- Coordinate and schedule production activities
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Recommend personnel actions and improvements
- Establish methods to achieve production schedules
- Provide technical guidance and professional advice
- Suggest measures to enhance productivity and product quality
- Order necessary materials and supplies
- Resolve operational issues and provide solutions
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
