  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and improve productivity.
  • Recommend measures to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to employees.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Work Environment:
