EVENT SERVICE SPECIALISTS AT CARMENS GROUP HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Build rapport with guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout service.
  • Familiarize themselves with menu offerings tailored for diverse events.
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals and accompaniments.
  • Assist with essential tasks such as clearing tables and managing dishware.
  • Communicate any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
  • Make a positive impact on the experiences of our guests through exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and leadership skills.
  • Contribute to positive organizational change.
EVENT SERVICE SPECIALIST POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Outgoing and approachable team player.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with guests.
  • Smart Serve Certification is an asset.
  • Experience in banquet service is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is advantageous.
  • Flexible availability, including mid-week and weekend shifts, is essential.
