Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and secure operation.
- Manage and maintain security equipment and systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and trends.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Security Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
