We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10989509 CANADA CORP. (GAS PLUS). As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and authorizing returns
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
