As a key member of the Constructions Proco Inc. team, the Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services necessary to maintain operations in accordance with established standards, laws, and regulations. This includes overseeing the entire procurement process for our construction sites and factories, ensuring the availability of materials, and conducting a thorough inventory management system.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Director to develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the company's needs.
- Manage procurement processes, including creating and validating purchase orders, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments and make informed procurement decisions.
**Requirements**
- Professional degree (DEP) or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
