We are currently on the lookout for a Materials or Mechanical Engineering Student to join our team, contributing to our projects and initiatives.
Here’s how an Engineering Intern contributes to our organization:
Key Responsibilities- Utilizing and managing PCL and external client systems to facilitate project oversight.
- Effectively organizing documentation and comprehending data management for retention and project information.
- Monitoring inventory levels for frequently ordered materials and supplies.
- Coordinating order fulfillment.
- Executing administrative and physical tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory.
- Adhering to PCL safety protocols.
- Performing additional duties as required.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering program at a post-secondary institution.
- A strong interest in working within a construction setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility in working hours is required. Candidates must provide their own CSA-approved steel-toed boots and be prepared to undergo a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test.
