About the Role:

  • Collaborate with manufacturing team members, site leaders, and support teams to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, equipment design, and commissioning to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct value stream mapping, cause mapping, and failure modes analysis to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Design and implement automation solutions, including process automation and fixturing, to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Evaluate the benefits of completed projects and integrate learnings into future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • Experience in heavy industry, welding, and manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong process expertise, including fabrication, fixturing, and material handling processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret product drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with value stream mapping, cause mapping, and failure modes analysis.
  • Eligible for domestic and international travel as required by assignments.
